Inhumans: The Royal Family
Note: With consideration of that fact that there is a large amount of overlap between issues featuring the Inhumans for this collection and that of issues from the Fantastic Four: The World's Greatest Comics Magazine collection, I'll be linking to that collection here and lightly annotating instead of simply just copy/pasting (while also linking to other Inhumans-related issues).
They Live Among Us
Fantastic Four #36-#65 and Fantastic Four Annual #5
The Inhumans are properly introduced in Fantastic Four #45, though there are appearances from other members in the issues leading up (with Medusa starting in #36 and Gorgon appearing in #44).
It's worth noting that they don’t appear in every issue during this period nor were they the primary focus, as they naturally weren’t the main characters. (Though, this is Lee/Kirby's FF at its finest, so reading all of these issues isn't the worst case scenario) But following issue #65 and Annual #5, the Inhumans are out of the title for a little while...

...except for Crystal, who sticks around for most of the rest of the Lee/Kirby run; at this point she's a part of the team's supporting cast. You can keep reading Fantastic Four if you want to keep up with her, but otherwise the rest of the Inhumans sit out this part of the title.
While Crystal was hanging around with FF, the rest of the Royal Family were making appearances through the Marvel Universe. The origins of the Inhumans gets featured as a backup in the pages of Thor, Triton goes against Plant Man with Namor, Medusa has a pair of run-ins with Spider-Man and her former Frightful Four members and Hulk takes on Maximus and his evil Inhumans.

Amazing Adventures #4
Fantastic Four #105
Amazing Adventures marks the debut series for the Inhumans (though it's split with Black Widow) and Crystal winds down her time with the Fantastic Four. The Amazing Adventures feature continues through issue #10 and Crystal's next appearance is (again) in the pages of FF a year later from her exit. However, without going further into the 1970s and with the exit of Jack Kirby this feels like the closest to a 'natural' breaking point as I've got.
